Professional Qualifications/Experience
Damian was called to the Bar in June 1986 and has practiced in all areas of law including Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil and Personal Injury for over 24 years.
Damian was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in February 2001 and appointed a Family Law Dispute Practitioner in 2007.
He has had the benefit of practicing in different jurisdictions during his time at the Bar including Queensland, Western Australia and New South Wales.
Damian has also practiced as a Solicitor so he understands the challenges faced by the profession as a whole when addressing client expectations.
Damian is a member of both the Queensland and New South Wales Bar Associations.
